储罐底板漏磁检测传感器设计

摘 要:漏磁检测是储罐底板表面腐蚀检测的重要方法。传统的检测传感器主要根据试验结果设计。利用有限元软件ANSYS 研究了传感器励磁装置的参数对钢板局部磁化的影响,设计了漏磁信号的后续处理及数据采集电路,研制了相应的漏磁检测传感器。试验证明,该传感器具有较高的检测灵敏度。

DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRANSDUCER FOR TANK FLOOR INSPECTION
BASED ON MAGNETIC FLUXLEAKAGE TESTING

Abstract : Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) testing is one of the most important methods for tank floor inspection.Traditional transducers were often designed by experiments. Finite element software ANSYS was used to optimize theparameters of the magnetizing system. The circuits for detecting , post2processing and data acquisition were designed , anda transducer were developed. Experiments showed that the transducer had good sensitivity.
Keywords :Magnetic flux leakage testing ; Local magnetization ; Transducer ; Magnetizing system; Tank yield intensity values increased remarkably in yield phase , and the number of passing zero changed irregularly. But the last rupture place wasalways approached by passing zero in elastic loading phase. The experiment indicated that the relations should existbetween material st ructure change in the phase of plastic deformation and surface magnetic field intensity values ,which provided the basis for the further research on magnetic memory testing.
