磁记忆检测在无缝钢轨内应力测试中的可行性研究

摘 要:使用TSC21M24 型应力集中磁指示仪测量在不同载荷下钢轨表面磁场强度的变化,得出钢轨的磁场强度随载荷的增加而逐渐增大,且在弹性范围内,磁场强度和载荷为近似线性关系。提出金属磁记忆法可以对钢轨内应力进行定量测量。

Abstract : The facial magnetic st rength of railway was tested using magnetic indictor TSC21M24 at different loads. Experimental data showed the magnetic strength increased with load and it s relation with load was linear within elastic deformation. Therefore metal magnetic memory testing ( MMT) equipments could be used in measuring internal st ress of seamless railway.
