压力容器无损检测——红外热成像检测技术

  摘 要:红外热成像检测技术是20 世纪60 年代开始,目前正逐步成熟的一种无损检测方法,已被广泛应用于高温压力容器的在线检测,并在常温压力容器疲劳损伤检测方面得到初步应用。文章介绍了国内外压力容器红外热成像检测技术的现状,给出了检测高温压力容器内衬和常温压力容器高应力部位的案例。

Abstract : Thermal/ Infrared testing ( TIR) technique is a progressively mature nondestructive testing method whichwas begun in 1960s. TIR has been widely used in high temperature pressure vessel testing on2line. It also has been appliedto testing of fatigue damage for normal temperature pressure vessel in recent years. This paper introduces the progress ofTIR for pressure vessel at home and abroad. The TIR examples for inner insulation evaluation of high temperaturepressure and high stress concentration area testing of normal temperature pressure vessel are given.
