摘 要:简述在用压力容器超声检测的特点,列举了换热器、焦炭塔、球罐、管道及加氢反应器等典型容器的超声检测要点,最后介绍了超声衍射时差法。

Abstract : The characteristics of ultrasonic testing of the pressure vessels in use are outlined , and the essentials ofultrasonic examination of some typical vessels are presented , such as heat exchangers , coke drum , spherical tank , pipelineand hydrogenation reaction chamber and so on. Finally , ultrasonic time2of2flight diffraction ( TOFD) technique isintroduced.
